Here’s the basic homework series we start with for every semester. Please find 6 minutes in your day to work on the basics — I know you can find that much time, you just need to commit to yourself. Remember how good you felt after doing this in class? You can do this on your own too!
This series hits all the high points on how to:
- Release your low back and flatten your lower abs
- Start building a super hero suit
- Start building the strength to hold up your head during the 100 (for my newbies, the 100 is coming in week 2)
