- Level 1 – for Newbies: choose this if you are brand-new to Pilates Equipment. There are many moving parts and new terms to learn while you’re getting a workout.
- Level 2: choose this class if you would appreciate a class that focuses on core concepts rather than more advanced exercises. Please do not choose this class if you do not have experience with Pilates machines.
- Level 3: choose this class if you have experience using the Pilates Reformer and Cadillac/Tower AND you would like to work on more advanced exercises. This class moves at a faster pace and involves more exercises that require weight-bearing on your hands/wrists. Please do not choose this class if you do not have experience with Pilates machines.
