Fall Pilates Semester runs Sept 30 – Dec 13

Studio closed/No classes: Nov 11 Veteran’s Day (monday) and Nov 25-29 Week of Thanksgiving

  • What’s NEW: Saturday classes with Kelly! Yes, Classical Style. Expect Kelly and Christine to each have their “secret sauce.”
  • In-Studio equipment classes happen Monday thru Saturday. Masks are optional unless the Governor enacts another mask mandate. We’re running a HEPA air purifier in the studio that clears 99.9% of germs and particles. Class size maximum is 10.
  • Make-ups are on a space available basis for Mon – Fri classes. No make-ups for missed Saturday classes. (Christine and Kelly operate as 2 separate teachers, so you cannot swap classes between the two of us.)
  • Registration opens on Wed August 14at 7am PST via http://www.pcc.edu
  • Planning to travel this semester? YES, you can sign up for Mon- Friday classes and use your registration as a “10 pack” of classes to attend as often as possible while you’re in town.

  • NEW TO THE STUDIO? We do a progressive 10-week series — each week of the semester builds on the skills of the previous week. Kinda like taking French 101, 201, 205, 301 and 401.
  • What’s the difference between Levels 2 and 3? More weight bearing on hands/wrists in Level 3, which also means more advanced exercises.
  • What’s up with Level 2.5? Those folks are prepping for Level 3!
  • Level 4 includes more “up and over” exercises, and advanced 1-arm and 1-leg exercises. No injuries, please.
