Did you miss the beginning of the semester, yet you want to get in on the Small Group Reformer + Tower classes? The Jump Start package is for you!
Each semester at Effortless Movement begins with core concepts and exercises, and every week builds from there. When you’re joining a small group mid-semester, you’ll need to catch-up so that you don’t feel left out. This also allows the existing students to keep progressing without having to back-up for new students each week.
The Jump Start Package is open to students new to the studio for $175. One JSP per person; one-on-one training only.
It includes 3 private training sessions focused on getting you ready to join the Small Group classes mid-semester.
- Learn the lingo
- Get acquainted with the equipment
- Catch up on the exercises that the rest of the class already knows
- Learn Safety techniques
- Get Assessed so that you’re attending the correct level class
After you’ve completed the Jump Start series, you’ll be cleared to attend the appropriate Level of Small Group Equipment classes at $30 each on a ‘space available’ basis.
Step 1: Pick a day/time that works for you. Currently, I have private training availability:
- Tuesdays Noon or 3pm
- Thursdays Noon or 3pm
Step 2: Call, text or email me with your preferred start date/time. My business line always goes to voicemail because most of the day I’m with students. (ahhhh, that makes sense!) Generally, I’m able to return calls mid-afternoon. Or, we can set up everything for your first session via email.
Step 3: Come on in to the studio for your first session!
