- What’s the difference between Level 2 and Level 2.5? The pace of 2.5 is faster than 2. Similar exercise selection, limited weight bearing on wrists.
- What’s the difference between Levels 2 and 3? More weight bearing on hands/wrists in Level 3, which also means more advanced exercises. Level 3 has a faster pace than Level 2.5.
- Level 4 classes are the fastest pace and include more “up and over” exercises and one arm or or one leg movements.
