This page updates on Fridays. You’ll have 2 weeks to work with each video.

Week 1

Items to have available for this workout: squishy ball OR rolled-up towel; yoga strap OR Theraband OR Long Belt.

Good to know: since this a “classical” style class, each week builds on the last. Week 1 is a bit slow because I’m teaching you concepts that are likely new like: how to “scoop,” 2-way reach, Pilates breathing, stable pelvis vs controlled pelvis.

New exercises & positions for this week: lunges with tilt & twist; Single Leg Footwork; 100 with legs in Tabletop; Rolling like a Ball; Spine Stretch Forward, Single Leg Stretch, Double Leg Stretch
