Sometimes, it’s tempting to GO BIG, because your body will physically go there. Wait for it: just because you can, doesn’t mean you should!
How to tell if it’s ok to MOVE BIG:
- You’re NOT teeter-tottering on the ball
- You’re NOT feeling work in your low back (nope, not even a little)
- You’re NOT gripping in your low back (aka: attempting to create stability with your low back)
